My love of food is equal to (if not beyond) my love of music - I wouldn’t survive without either. Born 1983 in a wonderfully diverse and multicultural Hackney, I fell in love with food in the same way and at the same time I did music, both at home and in the houses of my friends and their families where I was introduced to food and music from all around the world. Culture is as much a time of day as it is a type of food; whether you find us after a run for a refuel, in-between (or after) the two halves of your work day, ahead of a night out, to grab something for a night in, or coming hand in hand with your little people, PG Fast Food awaits with a considered, flavoursome, nutritious and indulgence-you-can-scale menu. From pop-ups with some of my chef friends (I have more chefs than musicians in my phone-book!) and menu collaborations at some very well known restaurants - welcome to my first standalone and permanent offering!
